I know the quality of meat , they spent time to trim fat and they don’t charge for labor, definitely if I don’t want fat weight will go down , I love to buy from here because they trim the meat very well I don’t have to trim it again at my house before I cooking I highly recommend this place to my friends
First of all, this is not a place to get any other meat besides goat as it is expensive compared to what you can get from other locations. Secondly my experience with goat meat here was good for the 1st three times where they made my order as requested. As per the price they are charging, they should at least make a 80-20 ratio of shoulder and ribs. I don't mind paying extra to get just the goat shoulder. Priti and I went back here for some goat meat again. We were very specific about what we wanted (goat back leg) and this time they delivered what we asked and expected. I also talked to the owner and he said our prior bad experience could have been due to human error. I believe him and will go back again.
