“It’s just wings” should be named “it’s just Chili’s”.I wish I would have done more research to see that this is just a Chili’s to go operation.It had all the Chili’s favorites..overpriced food that was barely edible, the food was ready 20 minutes after pick up window even when 5 workers were just standing around in the kitchen.Horrible experience and a mistake that I don’t want to make again. I hope this post saves someone else.
Ordered 16 wings for take out. They said they would call my name when ready. After 20 min I went back to the counter, two employees were chatting, I asked for my order and there it was, waiting. They said it had just come out, although neither had called me and were chatting instead. So either they took 20 min to fry 16 wings, which is bad. Disappointing. I had their wings delivered and my order was wrong. The wings are very fatty and the meat is bottom of the barrel. What really grinds my gears is when I called to complain about my order being wrong I received an automated answering service saying "We are located inside Chili's". Too boot, no one answered my call. Misleading and deceptive. Buyer beware.
