In the past few weeks.. 3 negative exeriences1. Smoothie bowl missing 2-3 ingredients.2. I arrive at 8:50 and the door is already locked when you close at 9pm. When he sawMe walking away he came and let me in, but why lock the door before your closing time?3. I arrive at 8:15pm for a smoothie bowl and "the smoothie bowl section is closed". Again, you close at 9. Why stop serving bowls a whole hour early? And where is this posted? My daughter and I were excited for these.... ?
I've been here about 4 times since living in the area. Every time I have never been greeted with a smile, they just stare at you and wait for you to order. When I pay, they walk away as soon as I swipe my card. No "thank you" or anything. Of course, my smoothie is done being made. They yell out the order and walk away. They don't hand it to you or acknowledge your existence. I can go next door to Panera and they greet me every time. I am not going to frequent this location again....read full review
