The team at this location (Albemarle Rd, Charlotte NC) Jersey Mike's is excellent, always working together efficiently and with a great attitude. The manager (Logan) is kind, attentive, and excellent role model. She is a fantastic leader who is very hands-on, making sure the store runs smoothly even during the busiest rushes. Everything is so fresh! The meat is sliced thin right in front of you, the bread is fantastic and tastes fresh, and the vegetables are crisp and tender....

I've never had better service at a Jersey Mike's. I recently received such great service and commend Holly. She really gave attention to all customers and carried a wonderful smile that was very inviting.
