I love Jersey Mike's but this location needs to get it together. I have been several times and it always takes longer than expected, but when I went this weekend and they completely forgot about my order, it was a horrible experience. I ordered, I paid, I waited...and waited. I had to speak with two separate employees before they finally made my turkey sub. I understand mistakes happen, but it's all about the customer service.
