I called to correct an order and the staff was very unprofessional and rude. The boy who answered the phone just said "Yeah," so I had to ask if it was Jimmy Johns AND he was having conversations with other employees while I was on the phone. I was very irritated and told him to please cancel my order and mentioned that now I would not get to eat lunch today; he just laughed and said "Guess not" before hanging up.
