The food was alright. The salmon with crispy rice had a weird taste and wasn’t very great. Crispy chicken appetizer was better and was fine, but nothing special. The bao/bun was very tasty though!

Jinya Ramen Bar in Charlotte offers some of the best ramen in the city. The broth is rich, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and everything tastes fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and the drinks pair really well with the meal. Great spot for a cozy and satisfying dining experience!

Kira was such a wonderful person who made our entire experience super special. She made food recommendations that were excellent!!! Next time we are in Charlotte we will definitely be back!
