This will be our last visit to Kabuto. For the last 15 years, we have gone to this or the other location on December 24th for a birthday lunch with between 20-30 people. This year we showed up and were given a dinner menu. Thinking this must be some mistake since we have always gotten lunch and their website clearly still has a lunch menu, I asked the hostess what was going on. Kab American Bar and Grill offers nice people and good food, including sushi appetizers. The hibachi show is a highlight, with a fun and impressive performance. However, service can be inconsistent, with some servers struggling to manage orders and tables. Additionally, reservations and table arrangements may not always be honored as planned. Despite these issues, the food is good and the server can be attentive. It's recommended to experience the hibachi show, but be prepared for potential service hiccups.
