Hands down the best coffee shop in Charlotte! The drinks and pastries selection is solid and so is their staff! Highly recommend!
Very good coffee but hate that they never give any notice of stores being temporarily closed for events. Sometimes the same day they email advertisements for themselves even. Also the Spring Street location employees are never pleasant, have had a sign saying they temporarily can’t take cash since opening (so it’s not temporary), and are often out of things even at 9am when the day has barely begun.

Thousand Hills Coffee is a coffee shop located in the MMA LoSo apartment building. The space is clean, welcoming, and cozy with unmatched natural light. There is a great outdoor patio for the warm months, free wifi, power, and parking validation. The coffee and food are amazing. The baristas are super sweet, kind, and go above and beyond. They make all their syrups in house. Specific drinks mentioned include the Brown Butter Latte, Iced Cardamom latte, blueberry lemon cobbler iced latte, and blueberry lemon vanilla matcha. For a stronger coffee flavor, a cappuccino or cortado is recommended. The fun seasonal drinks and specialty drinks are always circulating. The baked goods, including cookies from the pastry case, are excellent. Everything feels very reasonably priced. Service is great, with baristas helping customers narrow down their decisions. Highly recommended.
