“I was in town on a business trip and landed at Room Service for dinner one night. The bartender/manager, Kyle, was awesome! After telling him what I usually go for, he suggested a couple of cocktails that I normally wouldn't have ordered but both ended up being incredible. The street corn potato was dank too.
I look forward to going back next time I'm in town.“

“I came here for the NCAA tournament and my first time in charlotte. The rooftop bar is on point. All the bartenders made great drinks. Shout out to will. Will and I talked about the drinks I like and he mixed up things that weren’t even on the menu and they were the best drinks I have had in a long time. The balance in them was impeccable. I highly recommend to anyone to go to their bar. Great views and even better service“

“Moved here from Mississippi and my daughter took me out there and I felt at home from the bar I were use to going to the service was great the food was slamming and in the bartender was Great as well she had great personality most definitely go back there and chill??“

“It's Eddie V's for crying out loud. \n\nPhenomenal opportunity that we just said, "what the **ck" and we just walked in like we were ballers. \n\nOur hotel desk told us to use Eddie V's for the Uber app to get a ride. "Eddie V's is right where you wanna be", he said. So our driver drops us off in front of Eddie V's. We have never been in an Eddie V's so we said, "let's at least go get a drink, and maybe an appetizer". \n\nWe ate some tacos at the bar, had two drinks each and were outta there for about $135. But we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for an hour or so. \n\nWe had a tour to catch soon so were well set on our way. \n\nDo stop in and get some Eddie V's. “It was a quiet Saturday evening on the rooftop. Everyone visibly was there to relax. My drink was good and the view nice. My only critique is that the machine systems on the rooftop, maybe the ac or heating, was a little loud and constricts the mood. They cover it with a greenery surrounding to block it from view. The location is also a little further from uptown. Overall, still nice to check out.“

“Came here for the first time on a Wednesday evening after work. Very chill, simple and spacious. Dean was very lovely and hospitable. No cut fee, matches and lighters are available at no cost. Great selection of cigars and drinks. Definitely looking forward to being a regular here.“

“Food & cocktails were amazing. Once we received service, the staff was great, but we waited 30 minutes for our first drink. Our reservation was meaningless. They were crazy busy when we arrived & we were parked in a side lounge and ignored until we moved to empty bar seats. Again the food & cocktails were great & the staff very friendly & professional. If we had walked in I probably wouldn't have minded the wait, but the reservation set up an expectation that wasn't matched.“

“We had an amazing dinner here during Queens Feast. Highly recommend for a date night as the atmosphere is extremely warm and romantic. Great drinks as well, and the food of course was delicious and extremely fresh.“

“Food - small menu but good food!
Drinks- larger menu for drinks and super friendly bar staff.
Atmosphere- it’s a smaller room but cozy and comfortable. TVs and light background music to keep the environment nice. If you’re looking for something small and not as busy.

The only con is parking. But that’s to be expected in downtown. I’d suggest taking an Uber or something so you don’t have to spend as much parking as you would on a few drinks.

Otherwise really liked this place and will visit again!“

“We had such a great experience at Papi Ricko Latin Kitchen & Lounge! Our server Angel was absolutely fantastic, super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

My friends ordered the Carne Asada and fish tacos, and I had the queso plus the brunch burger. Everything was so delicious and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the love and care in every dish. The atmosphere was lively and fun, the kind of place you just want to hang out and stay awhile.

“Good times good prices and a amazing team. I attended a latin rumba and had a great time they even had giveaways. The dj was playing great music all in all a great time..I recommend pulling up to a latin even and dancing the night away..thank y'all for the food time“

“We stopped in here before a concert and were looking for some easy food to have with some drinks. Nefelies was perfect. Loved the classic ? gyro, Greek ? fries, and Greek salad, fried okra, and ?? drink specials.

They also have great music playing, friendly staff, and ♿ handicap accessible seating and ? restrooms.“

“To preface, I am not a regular at billiard bars nor do I know much about them. But I came for a date and had a nice time! I wasn't sure what the clientele or atmosphere was going to be like, but it's definitely dive bar vibes and not very many women at all. I was the only woman for the first couple hours and by the time I left I think there were two more. I was worried it would be more of a biker place but it was a pretty "normal" selection of men lol.

Bartenders were friendly, but note that they don't serve food there.

It was a little bit tight in some areas and I just had to make sure I wasn't going to hit somebody while I was playing and sometimes I had to move tables and chairs around too.

Overall it wasn't super intimidating for someone who is not serious about playing pool, but it was a fun way to spend a Friday night!“

Dana had such a great attitude, contagious smile, and positive energy that will brighten up anyone’s day. My server Michael was great. We had a large party and kids and he was very kind and helpful. “The Admirals club for American Airlines is a lifesaver. If you’re a traveler, we had what turned into a 10 hour layover. I couldn’t imagine being out in just the terminal. The chairs are comfortable. They do serve food snacks their average they have a bar you can go out and bring food back in free Wi-Fi. It just gets you out of the main terminal with all the people, but it can’t become busy so unless you remember you’re never gonna get in.“

“The ambiance is spot on here. The lounge area where the music is, is setup just right and efficient. The bar is timeless and the staff is professional and feels like you’re picking up where you left off with an old friend. The drinks are poured with skill and love. We got there for a pre-dinner drink just when the music was about to start and by the time we finished dinner and got back out, the place was packed! Great place to start the night and listen to some live music.“

Friendly service, great playful craft cocktails, but not your average drink - rather pricey though. The first one I ordered was not my cup of tea and the waitress replaced it for me without blinking an eye. Highly recommend it.“

“The food was great from appetizers to dessert. Drinks were top tier also i spent my anniversary night there and the waitress was above and beyond. Music was a bit loud hard to hear the conversation were we were seated and the cherries on the cheesecake...... they were off putting but it didn't ruin the moment or the night nor the wonderful meal definitely worth driving a 1hr and 30 minutes for thank you again for the respect you showed me and my girlfriend.“

I spoke with someone I believe was the manager, and after explaining my concern, he assured me he would look into it and follow up. A few hours later, he reached back out, explained everything clearly, and cleared up any confusion I had. I was really satisfied with the fast response and the actions taken to handle my question. “New place that has potential, but needs some work! The charcuterie board was good but everything else seemed to lack flavor. The flatbread and empanadas were just ok. The mojito tasted watered down and the shaken colada was tiiiny. I don't mind paying $12 for a cocktail but these were overpriced for what we actually got. Would have stayed longer and ordered more, if we felt like there was a better value. 3 stars out of 5, will give it another try once they've been open for longer.“
