Love to come here during the day time to work remote. Its a great atmosphere the music is good, the hookahs are amazing and the servers are attentive. They have good weekday deals as well. I met the owner today and he was very kind. Ill be back!
This is one of the best bar lounges in Charlotte so far. The bartenders, particularly J, Tiff, and Celless, are top-notch. The bottle and hookah service staff is also excellent, providing great customer service. The music is top-tier, featuring local DJs. The overall vibe is just right. There are also food trucks available.
I came to The Palace on a Monday night for a specific DJ who was doing a Drake and R&B set, and the music was so good. That was definitely the highlight of the night, though more because of the DJ than the venue itself. We ordered hookah and it was around $40 and lasted a good while, which was a nice surprise. The Palace offers professional and prompt service. A manager responded quickly, clarified a transaction issue, and followed up, leaving guests satisfied with fast response and clear communication. The staff are knowledgeable, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Music is DJ rockin', hookah is lit, and the atmosphere is chill, not club type. The Palace can get packed, so arriving late means waiting for a seat.
