My experience at McAlister’s was hectic at first. I went on the day they offered free sandwiches with a drink purchase for T-Mobile customers, and it was definitely chaotic. My order wasn’t ready at the time stated, and the store seemed short-staffed, so I decided to just leave instead of causing a problem. The next day, I called and spoke with the manager, Chrissy (I believe that was her name), and she was so kind and understanding. She immediately made things right and compensated...

Best potato salad I've had in years. We had chicken salad with loads of fresh Spring mix and great French dip. Prices are great and we’re going back next week to try more items. Kudos
