I went following the lunch rush. It was good, but maybe not as good as it would have been before the lunch rush. It was my first time and I didn't know where plasticware was, or what to do with my garbage. The staff got my meal, asked minimal questions as they prepared my meal.

I sat and ate quietly and didn't bother to ask if there were drink refills.

Went in for DoorDash pick up for an order I placed for myself and the staff alerted me that they didn’t have an order showing, for some reason my DoorDash app defaulted the store location for pick up to their location near uptown and I told them it wouldn’t let me refund unfortunately. Their staff member Holden, a complete legend, didn’t hesitate to offer my order on the house which was super admirable of him. We had a brief and friendly conversation unrelated to this incident...

I eat here far more often than I should, and I have noticed many of the issues mentioned in other reviews. In my experience, those issues occurred when only a couple staff members were managing the food prep and service line. There has consistently been 3+ staff members in my recent visits, and everything has been on-point.
