Love, love, love Naf Naf! Think Chipotle for middle eastern food. My favorite is the lentil soup. Fresh pita bread is delicious. We get the bowls with chicken or steak, hummus, rice, red cabbage, cucumbers, and sumac onions and it never disappoints. Staff is helpful, friendly, and patient. Wish there were more of these around.

Let me tell you what. This place provides quality service and delicious food. I have a difficult time finding places to eat because of a food allergy, and an even harder time speaking to employees about their menu. Not here. I called up and they gave me all the time in the world to discuss each item I was interested in, and double made sure I could eat it! Now I order them every other week. As a grad student who works and has a full life, it is so nice to be able to rely on an establishment who maintains quality, has fresh food items, great prices, and honestly some of the funnest and tastiest french fries I have had in a while. Very friendly service, the chicken shwarma pita was excellent , not too spicy, just the right amount of middle eastern spices to give it an enjoyable flavor. Will support them again

The reason for not five stars is I come from northeast where shawarma and middle eastern food is at a different level. Naf naf comes close but not really either. I don't mean disrespect but it's just not NYC or Boston level. Sorry but wish you luck in trying

One more disaster in my tour of Charlotte area restaurants posing as Middle Eastern. This is yet another cafeteria style franchise using so-called Middle Eastern cuisine like Cava and others. No authentic Middle Eastern meal is served in this fashion. Then there are the selections. Once again with the formulaic stamp of a franchise and bearing no resemblance to authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. The item labeled chicken was awful. The bread thick, cold and tasteless. When you have had good Arabic food, properly prepared you know the difference. When you have not had authentic Arabic cuisine you don’t know any better and the reviews reflect this.

This is my 4th chain Middle Eastern restaurant I tried in Charlotte. Even though the restaurants have great aesthetics and customer service I have yet to find a middle eastern restaurant in Charlotte that is like the ones in NYC. Everyone here was very friendly and the food was good. But it is not the same as the mom and pop restaurants in NYC. I got the bowl with rice and the chicken tenders. The garlic and taziki sauce was delicious. The prices are decent.

If you are vegetarian do not eat here!! They fry the falafel balls in the same oil they fry the chicken fingers!
