The food was terrible. We ordered ribs, brisket, pulled chicken, fries, and mac and cheese, and we paid over $50 for it. The brisket and ribs were dry and hard, as if they had been overcooked. This was very disappointing, especially since we traveled three hours to try various dishes. While the customer service during ordering was excellent, the quality of the food was just awful, and we ended up throwing it away.

Broccoli salad was horrible dry no flavor, dressing and smoke turkey breast taste like boarded slice meat out the deli. Thought I was getting real turkey from a barbecue place left hungry 😩

Husband and I were looking for a place and stumbled upon this gem!! The brisket was mouth watering, the roasted chicken was succulent, the FRIED CIRN and ONION RINGS OMG. Jim Noble is the owner(kings kitchen!! Come out and support this place he gives back to the community in a big way. We eat to live, let’s eat to give.

Spent 40 dollars ordering food, called ahead of time to request they include barbecue sauce, was told to give my name and they would include sauce, waited 60 mins for delivery, no barbecue sauce.
I’m not upset about the delivery, understand not in your control.
I’m upset I specially called to ask if sauce was included, was told yes, asked for my name to make sure some was included, and then it wasn’t included. Compliment me sauce? How are you getting that out? I’m not driving up there to pick it up and not waiting another hour for it to be delivered.

Terrible service, even by optimist hall standards. Food was ready for 20 minutes and employee didn’t tell me until I asked. Collards were in a crushed plastic container that spilled in the bag. Young child hanging out behind the counter touching things

I worked with Noble Smoke this past weekend at Sweet Magnolia Estate for a wedding. Phenomenal job by Allison and her team. The food service was so fast and efficient that I could barely keep up with announcing tables. As a fellow wedding vendor, I would be happy to work with this team again in the future!

The smoked brisket sandwich was great!! Probably some of the best brisket i have had in Charlotte. The macaroni is good and the wings are also good as well. We ate outside on the tables at Optimist Hall. Good vibes

I've lived in Texas and KC, so I really wanted to try Carolina barbeque when I had the chance. Noble Smoke's brisket and fries were so good I ordered more to try what else they had.
