Today(March 15), I order Brisket $15. Honest opinion it was not Memphis/Texas Style for which I'm accustomed too.Dry, dry, dry.....not moist. Not savory. I don't know maybe I'm expecting too much. ?For those of us that know Brisket there's a certain period when it's not cooked properly where it can become "Roast" that's what it came close too......again maybe I'm expecting too much.For $15 I got 2.....two small pieces for $15 ?Coming from Memphis/Texas style of BBQ, I'm quite quite disappointed....The fries I ordered was awesome.Overall 3 out of 10. They have pork, turkey, and wings but I'm honestly not wanting too give that amount of money again for that again.Lastly the Sweet Tea tasted like it had sat there and been forgotten about. A twangy type taste. Again ?....maybe I'm expecting too muchUnfortunately I will not be back ?

I’ll be direct and to the point..Had 1/4 lb brisket, with mac and cheese and collards with a soda. Set me back about 30+ dollars. Brisket was OK, Mac and cheese was OK but the collards were excellent..amazingly so. Like others have said, employees working there give off the vibe of not wanting to be anywhere near there. Probably would patronize the business again but when budgets allow.

This Brisket is AMAZING! Guy at the register had some great recommendations. Those cheese fries were so good, you can definitely tell the fries were fresh. They also have a bar counter just for their guests which is a plus because it is very hard to find a table in Optimist. All in all, I definitely will be back soon!
visited the noble smoke in optimist hall today, service was quick & the cashier was very helpful with suggestions on what to order. our food came out in under five minutes and we sat at the counter where the food is also served. it was nice that they had counter space specifically for their patrons, because it can be hard to find a table in optimist on a busy day. what we ordered: brisket sandwiches- delicious flavorful, tender brisket on a soft bun. complimented by their signature bbq sauces. really good! collards- a tad bit sweet, but good if that's what you're into mac & cheese- not my favorite mac & cheese, this was just ok. not solid enough for a baked mac to me. banana pudding- 10/10 sooooooo good! if you get anything from this review, get the banana pudding!

Optimist Hall has nice ambiance. Noble Smoke has some of the beat smoked wings I've had.
Outstanding and delicious. Chopped pork sandwich with fries. Sandwich melted in the mouth. Fries...leave the ketchup in the bottle. None needed.

I was visiting from NY and was happy to find great BBQ and sweet tea! They had a special of meat.ocer cheese fries with salsa, and after sampling both the brisket and the pulled pork, I chose the latter. It was two meals for me. My son got the brisket sandwich and mac and cheese. We really enjoyed the flavors.

Visited Noble Smoke based on numerous rave reviews, expecting a top-tier dining experience in Charlotte, especially being situated at Optimus Hall. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by inattentive staff and vague recommendations. To add to the disappointment, the food arrived lukewarm and the pricing felt steep. While I had high hopes for this place, I left feeling underwhelmed. Hoping for a better experience next time.

Noble Smoke located in the Optimist food court Charlotte NC.Food: The smoke turkey is the star, juicy and tender with a light hint of smoke. The brisket was tender and what you expect your brisket to taste like however in this instant the fat cap was extra thick.The pulled Chicken was dry... I tried to eat it with the sides nevertheless just couldn't finish it.Service: The people behind the counter were so friendly and patient, they took the time to answer our questions also let us do a couple substitutions.Ambiance: Noble Smoke is in a huge food court with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, serving all different kinds of food.
