Today(March 15), I order Brisket $15. Honest opinion it was not Memphis/Texas Style for which I'm accustomed too.Dry, dry, dry.....not moist. Not savory. I’ll be direct and to the point..Had 1/4 lb brisket, with mac and cheese and collards with a soda. Set me back about 30+ dollars. Brisket was OK, Mac and cheese was OK but the collards were excellent..amazingly so. Like others have said, employees working there give off the vibe of not wanting to be anywhere near there. Probably would patronize the business again but when budgets allow.

This Brisket is AMAZING! Guy at the register had some great recommendations. Those cheese fries were so good, you can definitely tell the fries were fresh. They also have a bar counter just for their guests which is a plus because it is very hard to find a table in Optimist. All in all, I definitely will be back soon!
