Not Just Coffee is a fantastic spot with superior coffee and food. The staff, Gabriella and Angeles, provide incredible service and always make great recommendations. The freshly baked scones and drip coffee are favorites. The banana bread and matcha latte come highly recommended. Although the chobani oat milk was too thick for one reviewer's taste, the house-made caramel syrup was excellent. The cozy seating and location near the 'rail trail' make it a perfect place to work and enjoy quality coffee. The environment is nice for working and studying, and the seasonal menu is fun and creative. Customers often come back almost every day, showing great support for the local spot.
