Chef Robin was outstanding, the staff was extremely friendly, professional and kind. The courses were exquisite, delicious, flavorful, rich and umami flavor galore! It is reservation only for the lunch experience. It is 100% worth it! We had the lunch Omakase experience with the Sake pairing which was well thought out, and paired nicely (and varied with degrees of flavor and highlights/notes) with the meal - 10 courses in total including dessert, so come hungry! Absolutely amazing experience. My girlfriend and I will definitely come back for the best food I've had in the US and to collect all the seasonal menus. I've tried a few Michelin Star restaurants before, I know this place definitely deserves at least one.
