Delayed over needing a piece of paper. Had to wait over an hour in a plane for someone to walk it to us. Worst airport.
Yesterday, 9 September 2025 the American Airlines crew at CLT took my picture frame after I rechecked my bags in the international baggage claim area. When I landed at my final stop, I had everything except that picture frame/monument.
I just returned home from my deployment in Middle East, and it’s now 2 a.m. I can’t sleep because this item never made it to me with my other bags.

EVERY TIME I have a connecting flight here….its delayed! The seating situation is ridiculous (non existent). If you have a long delay….prepare to sit on the floor
