Food was fantastic. The service not so much. I had the most snippy and impolite waitress I’ve ever met. I ordered my drink when I got there and she didn’t even realize it wasn’t made until 12 minutes after I ordered it due to lack of checking on her tables. The manager Stephanie is a joke. She thinks she is customer service friendly and she absolutely ruined my son’s birthday dinner. I would never return to this location. She shouldn’t even have a job because if that’s how managers work, she’s hilarious. I hope her day was made by ruining a 15 year olds dinner.
I arrived around 4 pm on 6/6/2023, and the place was fairly empty. It appeared the hostess and manager were in some dramatic conversation about staffing issues, that prevented them from immediately greeting me and seating me. No one was at the front when I came in.
Waitress wasn’t familiar with the Tuesday lobster special or how to redeem my free blooming onion from the Dine Reward program. I had to pull up my email and show her the lobster special and the reward email....read full review
