“There were 8 employees working back there, no staff shortage, the manager was barking orders like he should be. He was fully in charge. Was organized chaos which is normal for a pizza place on a Saturday night. My pizza was exceptional and exactly the way I ordered it.

“I consider it important to review the restaurant in relation to the handling it gives to pick-up orders. Keep these aspects in mind when placing your orders online: They were very friendly, the place was clean. Well packaged and sealed in the box. The negative aspect was that it took me a long time to ship the order. There is no place to sit and wait.“
“Great pizza and customer service, on a side note these bad reviews during covid are funny and are a joke. People seem to forget that covid happened and that no contact delivery is a thing right now and that alot of places are way understaffed, but yet people only care about themselves and magicly want things at the snap of their fingers. Got one person talking about cockroches in their pizzas which is a joke. If you don't want no contact delivery you have the option to not choose it, so to get mad about having your pizza left on the ground is quite pointless. Also remember that most food places didn't close down at all during covid and that the employees at these places are taking the risk of getting covid even if they have been vaccinated.“

This was your traditional papa johns location. I've ordered from here a few times and each time the service was decent... although there is one particular customer that I preferred not to interact with when I visit. But she's timetable most nights.
The pizza was made the way you'd expect a pair highs pizza to be made.
As far as my pickup orders...I haven't had to wait long times (5 mins or less) for the most part. And that's a good thing. And this is saying something when it comes to this type of food.
All in all, I'd recommend ordering from this location!“
“Food was decent for the price, I had a coupon. The guy at register was helpful when I had to order a special from the app. You're better off waiting in your car after ordering food for take out or just order pick up, the area is alittle shady at night time bad lighting in the parkinglot may attract thieves or the wrong people“

“I don’t know who the guy was on the evening shift on 06/19/2025, but that man deserves a raise. He was taking calls, making pizza, and handling payments all at the same time. He was basically like Spider-Man in that scene where the ship is splitting in half and he’s holding it together.“
“The pizza was so good! Went in on a Saturday at 4:30, right before their big night rush. Dough seemed properly proofed and was fully staffed. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and thanked on the way out. Toppings were proportionate and overall a great experience!“
“Ordered 2 pizzas and never got an update that they were ready, after I went in and gave my name the pizzas were already sitting there. Paid for the food and then went to the car and just happened to check the pizza and one of the pizzas had multiple spots where there were air pockets. I took the pizza back and spoke with the Manager Ms. Chris and she apologize and offered to remake the pizza herself. To my surprise there were only 3 people there working and she was training both employees, I listened to her explain what happened and how to avoid from having the pizza with any blemishes. She offered me a drink because of the wait and told me to keep the pizza for my trouble. She made the pizza in no time and offered an apology but I was more amazed that she was able to teach and remake the pizza while managing the store. I will definitely be back soon.“
“My door dasher (door dash handles their deliveries now apparently) messed up the address to an order I had and went I went to the Papa John’s website to submit a complaint (I wasn’t able to connect with the store via phone so I needed to write in so that I could seek a refund) the manager at this location was incredibly quick in responding to the issue. It was like: email my complaint, five minutes pass, I get a phone call from the manager. He was apologetic and sent out a new pizza order for me which arrived in record time. I was really happy with how professionally he handled the problem! He had a great attitude on top of it all. It makes me feel comfortable ordering from this location again.“
“Had a big crew working on $4.99 medium 1 topping day in my neighborhood. Efficient staff as many customers flowed without disruption while I waited only 10 min for my pineapple Za'. All of the ladies were friendly and the pizza was quintessentially 90's. Glad to have papa J in the heezy tonight (& for lunch tomorrow). 5 stars“
“The girls working the front are very attentive and very nice. Anytime I order pickup or delivery its always on time and Ive never been dissatisfied with my food. The only thing I can think of negative is just the fact some of the pizza makers put the cheese on top of the toppings and this prohibits the toppings from cooking fully through. Other times though I have gotten my pizza and it was perfect with the toppings on top of the cheese. Ashlyn is amazing!“
“From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles & such a warm welcoming personality. I came into the store to order 2 pizzas & once I walked back to my car I realized I had locked my keys in my car.
Mr. Roy showed me the best hospitality & customer service I had received in along time even though my day started to go completely wrong lol He made me not even worry or stress while waiting! He allowed me to wait safely inside & also went out his way to make sure before leaving I had fresh hot boxes of pizza after waiting for over an hour for the lock smith. Mr. Roy I really appreciate your patience & kindness you showed me on customer appreciation day! You rock!“
“So ordered some stuff from this store for delivery, about $40. Once it said it was delivered, I went to go get it and realized more than half my order is missing, and I ordered through the website to avoid it being delivered through DoorDash, because DoorDash is a complete POS. Literally minutes later, the store is closed, can’t call them, DoorDash won’t do anything, and I’m still missing my food.Edit: I’m editing my review because I finally got a hold of someone at the store. They were polite and understanding, and offered to rectify the issue. I’m very appreciative of the manager I spoke with, John, or Joe I believe, and many thanks for just taking the few minutes to hear me out. Great customer service.“
“Went in today and received phenomenal service from a man named Brady I was interested in some of the dipping sauces that I did not see online and he went out his way to retrieve them from the back he made me for welcome and appreciated at my neighborhood pizzeria if he’s not a manager already he should be one. “I placed an order for scheduled delivery and with a mix up the order was delivered hours before I needed it. You would think this would be cause for a bad review but absolutely not. Once I was made aware of the issue I contacted the store and spoke with Courtney who was pleasant, helpful and truly wanted to make sure I had a resolution to my issue. She put me in contact with Grant the store manager who again I could not have asked for a better interaction he was courteous, kind, understanding and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of as well as adding a discount to my order for the inconvenience. What most would consider an inconvenience turned into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Grant & Courtney thank you very much!!!!“
