I love Papa Johns. Long time customer. No matter where I am, when I want pizza it’s Papa Johns. Y’all need one in Midland.🙏🏻 with this same crew!!

I ordered a large ex sauce, ex cheese. Oh my!! This was the BEST one ever!! Perfect!! I had to share with my coworkers!! Not just good but wow amazing.

AND it was as if they were reading my mind. It was still morning time. About 1030am I was starving. Lol and only had a small window I could eat a piece of pizza before finishing the schools lunch. Papa Johns Nailed it!! It was there early AND Hot Hot Hot. So amazing!

Thank You Papa Johns crew and driver!! Y’all made my week!!!! Thank you.

“Great pizza, speedy service, your typical Papa Johns. Why they charge a delivery fee, ask for a tip, and ask you to tip the driver is beyond me. Why not lump all that into the delivery fee. Plus, it's not even Papa Johns delivering the pizza- it's door dash.“

“I consider it important to review the restaurant in relation to the handling it gives to pick-up orders. Keep these aspects in mind when placing your orders online: They were very friendly, the place was clean. Well packaged and sealed in the box. The negative aspect was that it took me a long time to ship the order. There is no place to sit and wait.“

“Located in a clean well lit area. I originally wanted a restaurant that was in the same shopping center but quickly decided against it when I noticed that the parking lot was full. I hadn't had pizza and probably about a year and I decided why not. It just goes to show what all I've missed because now they offer pizza bowls! I've had pizza bowls before and they were never really that satisfying because it was mostly sauce. Papa John's on the other hand, did not disappoint. I also tried the twix bites that they offer. I swear I don't know how else to say this but only somebody who is under the influence came up with that because it is absolutely delicious. ?? You have to eat those really quick though because they will get hard the next day. The people that work there were all very nice and attentive.

Vegetarian options: If you want anything "vegified" just ask. It's also on the menu if I'm not mistaken.

Parking: The place I originally wanted to go to was a bar and it was Friday night so it was a lot of people there. There's also a grocery store that shares the parking lot and this Papa John's. I'm pretty sure there's usually not a problem with finding parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's plenty of handicap parking as well as little ramps to allow you to get up onto the little sidewalk there“

“The customer service was amazing. The staff were mostly young workers. Everyone got along well and I love the fact it seems like a team of workers. A smile greeted my family at the door. The pizza was delicious. We will come back to this location.“

“Great pizza and customer service, on a side note these bad reviews during covid are funny and are a joke. People seem to forget that covid happened and that no contact delivery is a thing right now and that alot of places are way understaffed, but yet people only care about themselves and magicly want things at the snap of their fingers. Got one person talking about cockroches in their pizzas which is a joke. If you don't want no contact delivery you have the option to not choose it, so to get mad about having your pizza left on the ground is quite pointless. Also remember that most food places didn't close down at all during covid and that the employees at these places are taking the risk of getting covid even if they have been vaccinated.“

“The pizza was so good! Went in on a Saturday at 4:30, right before their big night rush. Dough seemed properly proofed and was fully staffed. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and thanked on the way out. Toppings were proportionate and overall a great experience!“

“I am very particular on the way that I order my pizza and wings, not only well done but "very well done" the person at the pineville location, I believe he is the manager is always going above and beyond getting my order perfectly done.“

“My door dasher (door dash handles their deliveries now apparently) messed up the address to an order I had and went I went to the Papa John’s website to submit a complaint (I wasn’t able to connect with the store via phone so I needed to write in so that I could seek a refund) the manager at this location was incredibly quick in responding to the issue. It was like: email my complaint, five minutes pass, I get a phone call from the manager. He was apologetic and sent out a new pizza order for me which arrived in record time. I was really happy with how professionally he handled the problem! He had a great attitude on top of it all. It makes me feel comfortable ordering from this location again.“

“So ordered some stuff from this store for delivery, about $40. Once it said it was delivered, I went to go get it and realized more than half my order is missing, and I ordered through the website to avoid it being delivered through DoorDash, because DoorDash is a complete POS. Literally minutes later, the store is closed, can’t call them, DoorDash won’t do anything, and I’m still missing my food.Edit: I’m editing my review because I finally got a hold of someone at the store. They were polite and understanding, and offered to rectify the issue. I’m very appreciative of the manager I spoke with, John, or Joe I believe, and many thanks for just taking the few minutes to hear me out. Great customer service.“

“Last week, I arrived just as they opened to order five pizzas for lunch. The gentleman with red hair and a beard, whose name I can't recall, was very attentive to my requests. He even helped by bringing the pizzas out to my car. The pizzas were delicious, hot and fresh.“

“Ordered 2 pizzas and never got an update that they were ready, after I went in and gave my name the pizzas were already sitting there. Paid for the food and then went to the car and just happened to check the pizza and one of the pizzas had multiple spots where there were air pockets. I took the pizza back and spoke with the Manager Ms. Chris and she apologize and offered to remake the pizza herself. To my surprise there were only 3 people there working and she was training both employees, I listened to her explain what happened and how to avoid from having the pizza with any blemishes. She offered me a drink because of the wait and told me to keep the pizza for my trouble. She made the pizza in no time and offered an apology but I was more amazed that she was able to teach and remake the pizza while managing the store. I will definitely be back soon.“

“It's really clean and busy, the lady was a but short with me but at the same time they were swamped and the customers were rude at least some were in the few minutes I was in there. The o ly issue I had was the app said pizza was ready and it wasn't I feel like they mark it done to keep stars up but all in all solid papa Johns“

“Had a big crew working on $4.99 medium 1 topping day in my neighborhood. Efficient staff as many customers flowed without disruption while I waited only 10 min for my pineapple Za'. All of the ladies were friendly and the pizza was quintessentially 90's. Glad to have papa J in the heezy tonight (& for lunch tomorrow). 5 stars“

“From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles & such a warm welcoming personality. I came into the store to order 2 pizzas & once I walked back to my car I realized I had locked my keys in my car.
Mr. Roy showed me the best hospitality & customer service I had received in along time even though my day started to go completely wrong lol He made me not even worry or stress while waiting! He allowed me to wait safely inside & also went out his way to make sure before leaving I had fresh hot boxes of pizza after waiting for over an hour for the lock smith. Mr. Roy I really appreciate your patience & kindness you showed me on customer appreciation day! You rock!“

“Man with tiny sombrero was AWESOME!We were delayed 24 hours and were given 12 meal vouchers for our troubles… decided to spend it on free pizzas!He got us 8 pizzas in under 20 minutes AND with a smile!!!
