Thank you so much to Papi’s Puerto Rican Cuisine! We had food catered for a party to celebrate my grandfather who is 90 years old and is from Puerto Rico! He had been asking for his favorite authentic dishes and Tara did not disappoint! Everything was so delicious and flavorful and tasted like home. Tara is so wonderful and talented! The pernil was terrible and it smelled weird. The rice and pasteles were good. Alcapurias were salty. Ordered boiled yucca and they only had fried. I assume that means they’re frozen not fresh. The only thing I would recommend are the rice and pasteles.
