We’ve been picking up from Sal’s several times the past couple of months. We drive around 20-25 minutes. The Stromboli and selection of pizzas are worth it. We lived in Philadelphia and had lots of great pizza places there…this is as close to great northern pizza around the area and we’ve been here 32 years.
After multiple tries had to cancel Sal’s. Slow service, overlooked at takeout, quality went to hell.
After supporting your business since you opened I’ve been disappointed too many times to continue to do so.
But here’s the nail in the coffin. I ordered delivery at 7:29pm. Then 8-minutes later someone calls from their cell phone leaving a voicemail that they are out of GF crusts. I didn’t answer because it’s some random phone number not the one I saved in my phone for the last few years as “Sal’s Pizza Factory.”
I call the number back no one answers...read full review
