I recently purchased a Sara Lee frozen, strawberry topped cheesecake. It was terrible. After thawing, it had the consistency of pudding as opposed to a firm cheesecake. It also had very little taste. Your frozen cheesecakes used to taste better. I'm not sure what's affected the quality of your cheesecakes, but something has. I've also noticed this with many food products available today.
