I stayed at this hotel after a delayed flight forced an overnight layover. I ate dinner at this restaurant and was so fortunate to be taken care of by Betty. I sat at the bar for almost 4 hours and she was so attentive to all guests while also being able to hold a genuine conversation with me. We pop in here for dinner and drinks whenever we travel out of charlotte.
The food and drinks were pricey. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty mundane.
