I had a wonderful experience at Showmars Restaurant on University! The food was absolutely excellent, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Born and raised in the QC! One of old FAVs taste,friendly folks always the same. When I visit my hometown our family lunch is the fish sandwich order of crispy onion rings and homemade sweet tea light on the ice.

If your in the UNC area and looking for a good flounder fish sandwich with tasty starter dill sauce, then be sure to try Shomars University. The flounder fish (2 to 3 pieces) comes out the bun, the onion rings are huge and the macaroni and cheese is not bad either. Shomars University is usually open til 8pm and they provide delivery services via door dash.
