About Spaghett

Spaghett is described as a hidden gem and quite possibly one of Charlotte's best restaurants. The prix fixe menu is surprisingly expansive and doesn't feel limiting at all. The house-made focaccia comes out as a starter, and the ricotta pairs perfectly with it—some of the best ricotta, and it should not be skipped. Every dish was executed extremely well, with excellent plating, just right portions, and pasta as the clear star. The sweet potato agnolotti was a standout. The four courses for 75 is basically stealing, and the PB Panna Cotta was on another level. The vodka sauce is the best in town. The atmosphere is incredible, very quiet and homey, and everyone is so lovely. The food was outstanding and so well presented, with options for everyone including vegetarian and dairy free, and no one felt limited. Each course came with a member of the staff explaining the dish and where all the local ingredients came from. The chef came out for the appetizer, and it was very clear how much heart and passion goes into the food. The simplicity of focusing on local ingredients walks the line of elegance perfectly, and each dish is perfectly nuanced and layered with fresh guilt free flavor. The panna cotta shines as a first course, not dessert, and is a sin to miss out on. Service was excellent throughout, friendly and knowledgeable, walking guests through the whole experience. The cocktails were all good. This is easily the best Italian in Charlotte.

The prix fixe menu is surprisingly expansive and doesn't feel limiting at all. We took a risk on the ricotta to go with the house-made focaccia that comes out as a starter, even though others said it wasn't worth it. Do not skip this. It's some of the best ricotta we've had, and it pairs perfectly with the focaccia.

A wonderful experience. The menu was so creative. Every course was absolutely delicious! Love the use of local, seasonal foods
I went there to grab a couple of cocktails and chitchat with an old friend, though I'm sure I'll be back to try the three course meal they do offer. The cocktails were all good (but my favorite was the smokky mezcal one)
