Why are the drinks always watery here?? They will have you paying $4 for hot water in a cup even though you ordered a latte. I haven’t had an experience with a rude barista though, so two stars instead of one, I guess?
I asked the cashier if I can use my points on my app towards the drink today. She said yes and then after ordering told me that I couldn't use my stars. Don't really see a point of saying yes then. Coffees okay.

had an allergic reaction and i attempted to the manager and Ryan who wouldn’t give me a last name literally made a little hmph sound like a wee poor you (sarcastically) and said what do you want me to do since you left. here’s the context : after i ordered there was a young lady who i later realized there may have been a language barrier got my order i ordered two drinks and a sandwich. i let her know i have an allergy which is why i said no cheese and egg. the first drink...read full review
