The Starbucks at Charlotte Airport offers friendly staff and quick service, making it a convenient option for travelers in need of a caffeine boost. Despite a potentially long wait, the staff is kind, helpful, and dedicated to providing good service. The atmosphere could be improved, but the staff's attention to detail and excellent customer service make up for it. The cashier was very friendly. While the coffee tasted terrible and there was way too much cold foam, and a Mocha Frappuccino was drowning in chocolate sauce, it is a large place with no chairs, inconvenient for wheelchairs. They do what they can and are fast, but there are endless queues.
