The staff is always beyond kind and always makes customers feel like family. The team is constantly creating new drinks and baked goods to try. The staff are incredible and accommodating, always friendly, and most employees know regulars by name and what they want to drink. The manager, Ms Karmen, provided exceptional and lively service. The store is super clean and very well managed. Everything on the menu is delicious, and customers can taste the love put into the food. Specific items mentioned include the vanilla strawberry eclair, which was delicious, and the raspberry fizz lemonade, which was made to perfection. The lattes and cappuccinos are great if you like strong coffee. However, while the English muffins are the best anyone has ever had, the service for cooked food can be slow and the cooked food is described as terrible.
