I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!
Staysha was an amazing steward of their menu! Her customer service was as nice as her smile when we walked in. These kinds of employees is what makes you stand out in such a busy area — will absolutely be returning!
Service was excellent but the chicken was just decent for the price and the fries were pretty bad. If you go, I would recommend just going without fries as they are pretty mushy and unpleasant and just come in a big pile.
