The whole experience at the Optimist Hall was grand but this #DumplingLady is what brought us here and she did not disappoint! Followed very closely by #Papiqueso and #florafontabrewery. All in all a great lace and one of the reasons Charlotte North Carolina is worth visiting.Kid-friendliness: This whole place is family friendly!

my friends and I got the port dumpling sauce on the side. and it was so delicious and flavorful. the sauce was surprisingly spicy and we LOVED that it hard for us to find actual spicy sauce these days. would take a quart of that to go if it was available.Wheelchair accessibility: have to enter optimis hall in order to get there.

I came here yesterday as in February 28th 2024Always enjoyed their dumplings but today I decided to try a side order they have on menu called the “crispy fish”The fish had a taste where I felt like it may have been sitting out but a chemical taste as if I was eating some type fish mixed with cleaning products . I regret not taking it back and saying something but it’s never like me to do so, I hope if anyone has this same problem please aware them.The taste left a bad taste I had to wash my tongue and I literally couldn’t believe what I tasted!This is very dissatisfying, and I probably won’t go back to get anything from here …Today as in 29th I woke up having a tummy ache and is feeling sick. Smh

Amazing in every way! I’m so glad this was the place I decided to try in Optimist Hall. The chicken and shrimp dumplings were extremely good. The spicy noodles were VERY spicy, but still great. This place is popular too and for good reason. There was a line wrapped around, but we still got our food rather quickly.

For a place called The Dumpling Lady I expected much more flavor from the dumplings. I ordered the shrimp and chicken dumplings as well as the SPB dumplings with chili oil on the side through the Ubereats app. I’ve been debating ordering from here for a few weeks based on the reviews. Safe to say I won’t be ordering again, I was a little disappointed in the flavor. I shared them with my roommates and after the first bite they didn’t want to eat it anymore.

What is there not to love about it! I have been a fan since the days of her food truck, following it everywhere just to get some dumplings. I am so glad there is a stall at Optimist Hall and do a lunch combo (spicy beef noodles and chengdu dumpling) once a week. It gives me both the noodles and dumplings and a killer deal for $16! The sauce is everything so if you don't like spicy, this is not the place for you. Thank you Dumpling Lady for bringing this to CLT!

2nd time trying food. The strongest flavor is the salt...not an herb, or spices, or vegetables, or meat-just overwhelming saltiness.It was not as oily as the dish I ordered a year ago, but still not a fan.Would not recommend
