I had an order from DoorDash was not what asked for and when they wouldn’t correct Jackie at Juicy Crab made sure that everything was correct no questions asked. Customer service amazing and staff as well as food. Will def go back!

We came one night for dinner, food was amazing. Service was ok, I think it was their manager who came and ask if everything was alright. He got us what we need and made us some more mixed drinks from the bar. What he made was really good and the alcohol wasn’t too strong. We had a very nice conversation for about 10 minutes, he really cares about all the customers and takes his time with them. Will be back again!

I came in last week for my son’s birthday. He was very happy about the food he got, it was very delicious and fresh. My chicken wings were perfectly fried! The restaurant doesn’t have many people in there but it’s very nice and clean inside. Our server was a lady, she was very friendly and gave us really good service. We were missing a bowl of steam rice but there was this Asian guy who walks around and ask ALL the customers if they were good and if they needed anything....
