Perry is an amazing manager, I ordered my food and received the wrong order from uber eats. I was unable to go to the store to pick up my food. Perry personally drove to my job and delivered me the correct order. I am so appreciative of this! It showed terrific customer service and care. Thank so much Perry and viva chicken for a wonderful experience

I was very disappointed in the quality of the chaufa rice order. It was 98% rice and almost no veggies.

Secondly, our takeout order included 4 green sauces and they put zero in the bag. Not worth the $33 for 2 lunches.

Called in for Chicken soup after having the WORST day. Not only was the food good but the cashier Johntae was so nice to me that it really made a difference in my evening. Thanks for keeping good people around Viva Chicken. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Came into Viva today for lunch at the Elizabeth location. I was welcomed my Dora with a warm hello and smile! She was really friendly and I appreciate how she welcomed me! I will most definitely come back! So thank you Dora!
