This was the biggest disappointment, I love Viva but the food at this location was not up to par. The chicken rich flavor was missing, as well as the rice & the rice wasn't mix well. I did enjoy the beans & plantains were just ok.

The pieces on the top of the chicken were fresh but the pieces of the bottom were old and kind of funky smell and a bad taste. I ended it up putting half of the chicken on the trash.
Next day update: we got diarrhea all night for eating this “chicken”

This was my first time and the chicken noodle soup cured my scratchy throat. Waited quite a bit of time but they were busy and the food was good.
Workflow seems highly*** disorganized during lunch rush.
Everyone - employees and customers seem confused about how to order and where to expect their order.
Heads up for mgmt - keep shift breaks limited during peak customer times, provide clear instructions re: pickup order, call ahead, dining in so ppl know what to expect
Makes for a really anxious customer experience otherwise
Great, local brand and food is amazing.
Tighten up in-shop experience - especially*** during midday hours when hardworking healthcare workers need a quick, delicious meal.
