The cashier was very rude and had an attitude with me as soon as I walked in the door, for no reason...I have never really had a bad experience at Wendy's before other than this time...I waited in the lobby area for over 15 mins for my mobile order, I had placed 15 mins prior...Only to have to go back to the cashier and find out, they had never even found my order in the system...The manager there, Amy, is beyond amazing! She came to my aid and saved the day...We later discovered...

The cleanest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! The staff is incredibly friendly, and this place is spotless because of them. Bilingual, professional, and most importantly extremely caring. The food quality was impeccable. Thank you for such a wonderful meal. Also, the manager is wonderful.
