Stopped in today for the first time. Wished. I ordered a plate for later. I got the fried oyster mushrooms with yams and collards. Entire meals was a 10/10! Everything was seasoned perfectly. This just may be my new go to for a quick Sunday soulfood meal 😋

We were so fortunate to find this place before heading to a show at The Fillmore! The people were so nice and patient and helpful with my dietary restrictions (vegan, extremely low fat). The food was phenomenal. I ordered the sub without sauce and I did not miss the sauce at all. It was loaded with flavorful veggies and I scarfed it down faster than I'd like to admit. It’s some very solid food, one of the best that tasted so far on my Plant-based journey. I have been eating here consistently for a month and they hit every time. They are slowly but surely growing their menu. Each one they add is very solid. If given the time to grow it can be a hit.
The Cook is very relaxing and nice. She is one of a kind. I also met the owner today and he seems like a chill guy. Would recommend.
