It's vegan food we get it...why is everything in quotes. Its feels patronizing. The ordering options when ordering through uber eats is a bit confusing. For example the sandwiches have a vegenaise sauce that they are calling cheese and then there's also an option to add vegan cheese for $2. Its just weird and confusing.

Got the spinach patty and the falafel wrap. Both were some of the best I’ve had. Highly recommended and a must-have in if the area when they are open.

Parking: Park at the convenient store lot and walk over to the food truck

they have great options of vegan dishes and they are at a lot of different vegan events. the chickpeas and spinach dish is delicious and desert wasn’t bad. the staff is super friendly also
