We have been getting trays from Jade Express for 4 years now and everyone looks so forward to it, they start reminding(hounding) me to place the order in October..lol! “Overall I would recommend this restaurant for good quality take out American Chinese food. The food portions are generous for the price. The food was well prepared and tasted great. The restaurant is a little run down and the service was fair as the lady taking the order seemed rushed and not vert friendly. I wouldn't consider eating in at this restaurant as it seemed a little unclean and disorganized. I was very happy with the food and was done as ordered . I would definitely order from them again in the future because the food was awesome and affordable.“

They never mess my order up. I've been eating here for 20+ years and it's still the same everytime. The pork fried rice is a must. I tip well whenever I can. I've given them my last $10 before and not care. Best place to eat. They always give me extra fortune cookies. If anyone deserves a 10/10 its these guys. Ignore all the bad reviews. “This is a little the in the wall restaurant that isn't flashy or fancy; but if you want really good Chinese food that's made fresh and tastes awesome, then stop in and grab a plate. The portions are generous and the prices are budget friendly. I'll be back soon!“

“Anytime we go the food is always amazing and the customer service is top tier. We usually order ToGo or get a take out box from the buffet and either way the food is great! I've never seen a restaurant give you the option for 1) buffet 2) buffet to go box priced by weight AND 3) order by phone/online. They really accommodate to any preference of eating.
Incredibly family oriented-we're not SUPER regular but we've been enough that they knew who we were when my mother picked up food for us after we just had our baby, and we even brought him to meet them the next time we went. I'll tell anyone, anywhere, to try Jins of Lincolnton because they really are the best (and they have the best egg rolls I've ever had!)“
