Sitting here, Once Again, waiting on service.
So sad because we enjoy the atmosphere, TV playing sports of all kinds, pool tables, dart boards and a decent family place BUT DON’T EXPECT TO BE COURTEOUSLY WAITED ON IN EVEN A SEMI-ATTENTIVE MANNER. The staff is good at talking amongst themselves while you stand at the bar waiting to be addressed. A simple, “we will be with you shortly” goes a long way.

Just had a family gathering of about 30 people at CDH in Clayton. Good was good. Service was good. Then…we were informed that in addition to our food bill there was a $75 “room fee” for the room we were in. That fee was NEVER mentioned during multiple conversations prior to our arrival at the restaurant. I guess the $600 or so the group spent wasn’t enough.
Kind of tacky to not mention that fee during the reservation process.
WILL NOT go back.
We placed an order online for pick up. One hour and 20 minutes later, the food came out. I was quoted 20 minutes after order was received. The front desk hostess lady was incredibly rude to me; spoke over me. I asked for a manager. He came out and did the exact same thing. Rude; tried to tell me it wasn’t his fault that it took an hour and a half for my food to come out, but it was the fact that they were just super busy.
