“Wanted something difference close by since we are staying in Holliday Inn Express Winston-Salem location for business trip. Looked up and found this place with great review and photos. We ordered the Lechon Kawali, Sisig pork with over easy eggs, Lumpia meat rolls (5 pcs) & 3 pc grilled chicken skewers.Starting with the ordering process over the phone and picking up the order, they are professional and very service oriented! The foods are amazingly delicious! We are so glad we found this place and will definitely return again when we visit again!“

“Lex (The charming bald guy) was awesome as always! He made the perfect Tokyo iced tea and was very attentive and helpful throughout the visit. The pork bulgogi is decently spicy but incredibly delicious, so I highly recommend it. My fiancé got the pork and sausage fried rice and loved it as well. I highly recommend hakkachow, I’ve never had a negative experience!“

“Absolutely amazing dinner!! Erica, our server, was just on top of everything. She refilled my coke before it had time to water down (which normally it does before I get a new one). She engaged in conversation with my friend and I, but not too much. She never rushed us once and made us feel like we were the most important table there. We might have been her first table but she appeared to serve all of her tables the same. The food was delicious! Our appetizers came in plenty of time before our main entree. The food was hot and fresh. The hostess was pleasant as well. The restaurant seemed clean and nice which is a plus. We've been here before but this is the reason we continue to go back, everything is just wonderful!“

“Excellent drink to start off—Cucumber sour was tasty and not too sweet. Mac and cheese balls were to tier! Very generous portion of Pad Thai. To top it off, had friendly and attentive service from April who made sure the experience was great.Also one of the only places that stays open later on the weekends (2a currently). “The best Thai food I've had in any city. I usually eat the curry, but sometimes the drunken noodles. Both of these dishes here are better than at the other options. Also, Earn is one of the best servers. And her sister is very nice too.“

“I really love this place, their incredible food is like none around and the owner is extremely welcoming and friendly. However, they recently hired two female waitresses and they are extremely unfriendly and lazy. They were more concerned on being on their phones and having a conversation instead of checking on any of the tables. I had to get up almost every time if I needed something. One just stood there while food piled up on the counter to be brought to the tables. I really hope the owner corrects this because I won't return until they hire more welcoming staff.“

“We had lunch at 18 Malaysia for the first time today with friends. The food was absolutely delicious!! Our friends eat here regularly and told us everything on the menu would be wonderful and they were spot on. Everything was so fresh and tasty with generous portions and an artistic presentation. “I came here for the first time this past weekend. Since coming to town 8 years ago, I've been looking for a good, quick, Japanese place and might have found it here. Kotta is nothing fancy, but the food was quick and good. I ordered the hibachi steak. It was cooked perfect. I had a large amount of rice and broccoli and the shrimp sauce was very good. I downgraded a bit because I didn't have much steak in my order (I'd guess < 3oz). But I'm willing to come back and try again sometime soon.“
