“Arby's has some good menu items....I went for the new Arby Q sandwich and they did not have them....so I got a double roast beef Combo and a beef and cheddar sandwich for work....the double roast beef was not in my order instead I got 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches one with sauce and one without sauce.....I had ask for no sauce on the beef and cheddar sandwich....I hate not getting what I paid for as the double roast beef cost more than a beef and cheddar sandwich....I guess we just have to sit there and go through everything in the bag before we leave the driveway to make sure everything is included which you shouldn't have to do....but it's like that at every fast food restaurant something is going to be wrong with your order everything“
“Ordered from door dash, my order was cold and I didn't receive part of the order. I drove back up there, the employees were apologetic and remade the entire order and threw in some extras. I deleted my door dash acct. Overall I will go back to Arby's, they fixed the mistakes and the food was great.“
