She was handling both to-go orders and in-store customers all by herself, and she did it with an incredible amount of professionalism, patience, and efficiency. Even with the line moving and phones ringing, she stayed friendly, calm, and made sure everyone was taken care of. It’s rare to see someone manage so much on their own with such a positive attitude. She truly went above and beyond, and Jimmy John’s is lucky to have her on their team!“

“On vacation we had Jimmy Johns delivered to our hotel. The delivery guy was awesome. I was outside waiting for him. our hotel was super busy & crowded at that time, & when he called to let me know he was pulling up, he was very friendly & all smiles. He had the best personality. The sandwiches were delicious. Very filling. worth every penny! From time I placed the order to the time they were delivered, it was less than 20mins. Overall, we were very pleased with our order.“
