Jimmy John's in Concord

“I visited this location yesterday 9/14/23 around 6:15pm. I was originally going to the drive-thru, but my 4 year old insisted we go inside. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately by the gentleman at the register. I had a complicated order, I assume the gentleman that came over to help was the manager/supervisor. He assured me my order would be made exactly the way I wanted, he was amazing! Everyone provided me with excellent customer service, and even made my daughter smile. Thank you all for the hospitality!“

“Huge Jimmy John's fan and always will be. However, I think the Freaky Fast part is now false advertising. I'm not sure what's happened, but they seem to be consistently slower than usual lately.I recommend ordering about 10min ahead on the app if you're in a hurry.“
