“I was on vacation with 3 other couples. we had a reservation on 8/22/25. Our server "Q" was great and did a wonderful job going over the specials and recommendations. The french onion soup was delicious. I am typically not a steak person, but decided to try the petite filet with garlic butter and the baked potato. It was phenomenal and I was very pleased with my choice. others got the ribs, lamb, lobster bisque, a plethora of sides, cheescake and lava cake....nothing was less than delicious. Bonus, I got engaged here as well“

“Wow, just wow. Does not feel like you are in Denver, NC.
Friendly and well staffed that give an air of New York dining with their crisp white shirts and black ties.
The decor is beautiful and tasteful.
It was full of patrons but the noise level where we sat as a table of four was not an issue.
Our food came out a little slow but not terribly so. It came out as ordered. My steak was done to perfection and was delicious.
My husband and I could have easily shared a salad and entree. Actually, the salad could have easily served at least three.
Everything was delicious including the bread with sweetened butter.
A little pricey for Denver but worth it. Will definitely be going back!“

“I came here last night for my birthday dinner. I never order steak anymore because most places won't cook it as rare as I like it. Well that 6oz filet was literally the best steak I have ever eaten. It was so tender and flavorful, I didn't really need the sharp knife for it. Even the rice that my boyfriends shrimp was laid across was great. I will absolutely be back for another steak!!
My only two complaints are that 1) the only IPA offered is Goose Island, which has a really low ABV and has grapefruit flavor which I really didn't enjoy, and 2) my boyfriend ordered the Texas margarita and we are pretty sure he got the wrong drink, as the top half of it was brown and it tasted nothing like a margarita. But the food was so good we didn't even care!“

Our server was Tatiana, she was professional yet warm and was knowledgeable without being over bearing, appreciated her input regarding our meal and beverage. “We've dined at Longhorn Steakhouse in Mooresville, NC about a dozen or so times and we almost always very satisfied with our meals which is why always we come back. My wife and I dined here this evening and experienced what we felt was a very elevated level of service compared to our previous dining experiences at this location that prompts this review.
Tonight was extremely busy given that it is a Saturday and it is somewhat understandable and almost expected for most servers to not be as attentive. Not the case at all with Ayana tonight who stepped up for us big time. I would add that she even covered for a busy kitchen who was slow with our appetizer by bringing our salads sooner than expected. Ayana's attention to us overshadowed what could have set the tone for a poor dining experience. I would equate it in football terms like a teammate fumbling the ball and your star wide receiver recovering it and running it in for a touchdown.
To servers out there...little things count when it comes to dining satisfaction, and with everything being so expensive everywhere, consider that patrons may choose to go elsewhere next time. Does the customer have everything they need? Are their glasses empty? Are they satisfied with their meal?
Being in the service industry ourselves, customer service is super important to us. It is every bit as important as the meal itself! It is really refreshing and reinforces to us as frequent restaurant patrons that there are still servers who take pride in what they do and want to serve you well.
To restaurant patrons....step up with a nice tip when you receive it and ask for that server again on your next visit. They will likely repeat the exceptional service. When you visit Longhorn Steakhouse in Mooresville, please ask for Ayana and let her know you read about her in this review. We'll certainly be asking for her again.
Note to management: Please ditch the awful bread you currently serve and bring in sourdough. It'll be just one more reason people will want to dine at Longhorn Steakhouse other than just great steak.“

“Firebirds is my favorite NorthLake area restaurant. A friend and I had lunch there on a Wednesday at the height of the lunch time service. They were quite busy but our food quality was outstanding as was the service from Jetta. Our tenderloin salad and salmon salad were perfection. We ordered the carrot cake for dessert, which was one of the best I have ever had. Huge portion too! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. Actually, any of the Firebirds locations in the Charlotte area are exceptional. Quality food and service at reasonable prices.“
