“We celebrated our anniversary recently at Webb. What a great meal and service. We loved the silent movies in the background and watching the hustling of the chefs and servers in the kitchen/prep area — yes, we were in the balcony. 😊 The duck cigars are a favorite so we had to have those. The sea bass cut “like butter” and the shrimp and grits were the best I’ve ever had. Coffees and a slice of their coconut cake topped off a wonderful meal. Thanks Garrett for the attention! Thanks Webb management for the little gift 😉“

“Pick up order of the beef clay pot. Though it was good, it definitely is not a good to-go option and it is TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get at $70. Clay pot filling, a small container of rice and 4 wraps (which do not travel well) By the time I got home, the bread was hard and to get the gooey bread topping on the clay pot was very difficult. It did not feed 2 people, we had to make extra rice to make it go farther. I gave it a high score bc the flavors were really good.“

“Anita’s has great fajita nachos and fajitas! The chips are really crispy, and the price is affordable, and the portions are really big. The seven of us had more than enough food sharing 4 things: fajita nachos, dinner sized fajitas, eggs+chorizo, chicken quesadilla. Service is fast and the workers are nice. Sadly there is not enough seats for how popular it is, but it’s a great place to stop by for lunch during a road trip:)“

“Overall great dining experience on an explorative family outing. The only consideration was the dessert. The Banana pudding while served up in a giant goblet of a dish was 95% cream whip. A great Banana pudding in most opinions should have either banana or cookie or both in every bite.“

“Cameron B. was our waitress and she was amazing. she came to our outside covered table once we were seated by the hostess. We ordered the pretzels with beer cheese to start and they were amazing. “Make sure to check your to go orders before you leave. Going home and realizing your food is made wrong sucks. Whoever made my buffalo chicken wrap, didn’t add the buffalo sauce :( such a waste of money when food isn’t made properly.

“Cash only, which is kind of strange in 2026, but, this place is real deal. Big portions. Pork is the specialty. Sauces are amazing, but you don't really need them with the ribs. Ribs are GOD SENT! The pulled pork, not as tasty as the ribs, but better than most pulled pork I've had in the area. Go during off hours, line is frequent.“

“If you are looking for real NY pizza not a place calling their pizza NY style this is the place to go. Hands down the best pies in NC. The family who owns it are super sweet people. The food portions are HUGE! Seriously you gotta try their pizza just get cheese so you can truly taste the difference between real NY pizza vs NY Style pizza. Don’t sleep on this place because it’s worth it!!!“

“Agave has recently become our most favorite Mexican restaurant of all time. The first taste of the house Salsa and we were already starting to be hooked. Then the food came and blew us away. Everything we've had there has been exceptionally good. It doesn't just end there though. The staff is the sweetest and most personable staff of any restaurant I've been to in a long time. They make you feel at home and like family, and we are already starting an amazing friendship with them! If you were ever on the fence about checking this place out, let this review be a sign that it's time to go!!! You won't be disappointed!!!“

“Awesome food and service, over 15 visits, this time it was the sushi , tuna and scallops sashimi, very good and fresh , also had vegetable spring roll, also very good, before i had the Tangerine chicken , similar to Orange chicken , with pork fried rice which is the best in the area, also like Ocean Roll, Fresh and very good, I had the General Tao shrimp , shrimp was jumbo, sauce was good , prices are reasonable, awesome service every time we go, 5 stars for the best Sushi, and service in area, so glad they are back open, thank you !“

“Sammy’s Neighborhood Pub was a delight to eat at. We were greeted by a host willing to get us seated along with Frank the manager. We met Frank a week earlier while frequenting another Belmont establishment and he told us about his place…so, we made a note and wanted to check it out. Food was good, service was great, atmosphere…well, it’s a pub, it was a perfect Pub…even had a secret Speakeasy that Frank walked us through and explained it was available for private parties. We’re thinking about how we can utilize it…
All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and will be back.“

The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance of upscale and laid-back pub vibes, making it a great spot for both casual dinners and nights out. The menu features classic American favorites, and the rotating selection of local craft beers is a huge plus. We tried the parmesan truffle fries (crispy and full of flavor), the giant fish sandwich paired with a loaded baked potato, and the Brussels sprouts — everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Portions were generous, flavors were on point, and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to! 🍻🍽️“
