This location can be hit or miss with the level of service that you get, but it is a busy location on campus and stressful for the workers. I have not had any major issues eating here, I’ve come here twice and was able to order my food and get it with no problems within 5 minutes of ordering it. There is a nice inside seating area, and there’s outdoor seating as well. The mac and cheese is really good, I get it every time I’m able to.

We went into the drive through and the girl taking our order (Hannah) was extremely rude. We asked for mac n cheese and also with a side of fries and didn’t get our fries. When we got our Mac n cheese it was completely burnt and the sandwich had a hair that was none of ours. I even tried to call this chick fil a and no one even picked up. Absolutely disappointing and disgusted with the service of staff and the food.

Normally the food here is good and the workers are nice. However...I went on September 16th around 1:00 p.m. and the guy taking my order felt the need to humiliate me in front of everyone in Chick fil A about how he could smell my perfume across the counter with his mask on, and I even had to sit there and explain to him that I had literally just gotten out of the shower before I came because he would not stop talking about how it was strong to him. I have never felt so publicly humiliated as a woman, having to explain to someone why they can smell my lotion. It was absolutely embarrassing. Second off, why does an employee who is taking my order feel it is professional to comment on how I smell? It is absolutely disrespectful.
