Food took well over an hour to get out I ordered a burrito with a lot of toppings expecting to get a decent sized meal, it’s why I ordered so much. And Instead I got a tiny burrito that had dry rice and just was gross. Overall super disappointing to wait an hour for a burrito the size of a small hamster.

Ordered inside and waited 30 minutes just to be told that they were out of queso, and I only wanted chips and queso.
They were also just letting order tickets pile up. They would put the new ones on top and then when they would get a new ticket they would pull the one on top, so the oldest orders weren't getting made.
Workers were also pretty slow at making food. I understand taking your time to read the ticket so you put the right ingredients, but why are we moving at a slow pace when reaching for a spoon. They aren't hard to pick up or reach. They would also stop working or work even slower if someone they knew came up to them and started talking.

I can tell the workers are trying and there are plenty of orders coming through but it seems very unorganized. I ordered the queso but they didn't add it. $2+ for something I didn't get. Very unorganized method of line work as well, two people standing in the back just watching. The way names are called out doesn't make it easy to figure out what your order is.

i think the workers get a personal kick out of not adding one item every single time you order. there is not in one instant has my order made made correctly with all the ingredients i pay for. the instructions are written on a piece of paper?

Ordered a bowl, they filled it halfway and didn’t give me guacamole. Also I think I got like 5 beans. Rationing like it’s 1943

The girls working were super sweet but I don’t understand why they do the ticket system… seems doing it the normal way would be much faster. And I waited over an hour for my Crunchwrap thingy and there was no queso & barely any steak on it & it was super sloppy and burnt :( they definitely need to figure something out because the current system isn’t efficient for the employees or the customers. People kept ditching their tickets without saying anything so a bunch of food was wasted & made the wait longer for everybody else. If they have to do it that way, I would suggest shutting down the orders when it gets that backed up. Felt so bad for the employees. Not a good experience.

You can't beat this place. They catered my wedding back in 2016. This place has fresh food and great flavors. Try their homewrecker burrito or bowl. People who work there are so friendly. Burrito are not little you can definitely get two meals out of it if your not a big eater.

Burritos are always good. However, it’s been multiple times I haven’t been discounted the Moe Monday deal and charged full price. Never happens to my friend, though and she gets the same thing I do. Today I got Moe’s and checked my declining balance and saw it happened again. I told the employees, but they didn’t know what to do. They offered to get the manager but I didn’t want to hold up the line. I know everywhere is short staffed but please train your employees to handle refunds with DB.
