Takes way to long and goes out of order, you could be waiting an hour for your sandwich while another waits for 2 min

I can not even consider this a sandwich shop as they lack the ability to do what I can in my sad, dungeon of a kitchen. I ordered my sandwich through my phone, expecting to take the normal estimated amount of time, maybe even 5 minutes over. This creature of a food establishment took 30 MINTUES TO MAKE TWO SANDWICHES. You may believe they were just busy but no, the only line near this which wich was the line crossing over from panda express. Not only did my order take too long, I got two regular sandwiches expecting them to be the size of regular sandwichs only to grab two tiny ideas of what I wanted. These sandwichs were despicable. Legitimately the size of a small burrito made for a rooster. I do not know how this place has ever existed and I never want to see them again.

We ordered online around 4:10 and got there at 4:20 right when it said it would be done and the person working the counter proceeded to have a conversation with someone who had gotten their food minutes before we had walked in that stalled making our food for 15 minutes by the time we got our food it was so cold we got home and put it in the oven

Sandwiches are reasonably priced and decent enough in quality. They are horribly understaffed though so it takes pretty long to make the sandwiches. Anywhere between 10-30 minutes.
Great food. 100 sanitation rating, which is nothing like ive ever seen here.
I have yet to have a bad experience. Quality sandwiches, I usually order the Philly cheese steak.

We were on the road, traveling through NC. We wanted a sub shop. Looked this up on my phone and went out of our way to get there. We had no idea it was on a campus and there was no parking. Maybe this location should be taken off the search engine for restaurants! We kept traveling.
Restaurantji Recommends
It's good when you know the right combinations to make. If you're not sure, just get the favorites. I recommend the caprese or the avocado vegetarian sandwiches for vegeterians. Those are the only two I actually liked.
They brought a sandwich back and made for me that wasn't even on the menu. I ordered the Superfood wich.
