Side Bar Bottle Company Wine Bar •
208 S Main St, Davidson

“Sidebar is tucked away on the 2nd floor of the Mandolino's Pizza building on Main Street in charming Davidson. It's a wine and beer shop where you can buy a bottle, a can, or a glass. The selection is good and the prices are fair. Tried a nice bottle of Grenache for $26. No food served but you can order bites from surrounding restaurants and bring it up to Sidebar to enjoy in front of the fireplace! We had Mandolino's pizza and salads and as always - phenomenal. Our first visit to Sidebar turned into a fun surprise as it was Trivia Night unbeknownst to us: had a great time and would definitely go back. The bar is intimate, cozy, and well appointed for small groups or couples. Protip: trivia is on Wednesdays“

Lo mien noodles were great. The spring rolls were excellent. Really enjoyed our visit today. I’m sure we will be back.“

Grilled Flank Steak Chimichurri With

“If you've never been to this place, it is probably because it is located on a college campus and you're old. Don't worry, it isn't just for students and it is a beautiful location. I must say, I typically venture there "off season" when there aren't many students around. They have great food options and brunch, along with the excellent Summit coffee. You can park at the spots along the road. They tend to be quite full but we've always found a spot. Walk inside and you will wonder where the heck you are. This location is stunning and big. The decor and lighting make it feel like the cozy, chic, boutique coffee shop we all expect of Summit. They have family style tables with open seating or more private tables. They also have a patio/deck area. The Summit beer dinners take place here and if you have never been to one, I highly recommend it. We have met some fantastic folks and always have a great time and the food/beer are paired perfectly. They also serve beer on tap at this location. Hello, it's on a college campus! PBR flows freely. Cheers!“

“Another great Mooresville brewery find! They have a spacious interior & patio seating, friendly staff, low-key ambiance, and the beers here were true to style (and had fun names). They also had great live music playing late, which was nice, and a great way to finish out the night! THE BARREL Wine Bar • $$
1082 A Brawley School Rd, Mooresville

“I found this quaint place on yelp searching for "Wine Bars". What attracted me was a few things, 1. The décor intrigued me from the pictures on line. 2. I liked the way the seating was through out the establishment not the typical bar atmosphere . You can have wine by the glass, or purchase a bottle with no corkage fee. Beer is available as well. My wife and I purchased a $22 Cab that we enjoyed at the place. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. We definitely will be returning. If you are anti social this is not the place to go, if you like to meet new people and have conversations then this is the spot.“
