So, the lady who looked like she may have been regional, possibly district manager...came in from outside made her way to the back, grabs the cashier (polite young man) brings him out to the front, asks why there is dried remnance of a spilled drink that had looked to cleaned up bit not completely, asks him why it's not "cleaned" up yet?
