the bottom of my heart. You all have been so kind and gracious to my father in law. Thank you for the sweet card. My mother in law was a great woman and we will miss her dearly. John (my father in law) will always be a faithful customer. Thank you for being his extended family.

Why are y'all rushing? I would rather wait an extra 2 minutes than receive a cold coffee that’s meant to be hot and get my donut that I paid for rather than munchkins. I even asked the guy “didn’t I get a donut or does it say munchkins?” I thought maybe I made a mistake but he tells me I got munchkins and I get home…yeah it was suppose to be a donut. These were some of the kindest helping people. I broke down in the drive through and they were nice enough to push me out of the way and didn't complain or imply in anyway that they were upset. They were very understanding. My doughnuts were also really good. I really appreciate the employees.

Customers appreciate the friendly attitude of staff like Carsen and Deven, who offer great customer service. The drive-thru is usually fast and efficient, especially when not backed up, making it convenient for quick visits. The quality of the coffee is consistently good, with fresh, rich black coffee that isn't bitter. Many customers are pleased with the service and the overall experience, making this Dunkin' a preferred spot despite occasional strange or awkward moments. The donuts are as expected from Dunkin' Donuts—fairly good but not outstanding—and the location is convenient, though the parking and layout can be a little tricky to navigate.
